
Neil Armstrong has offered new details about the distance he travelled on the moon.On Apollo 11"s visit to the moon Armstrong and Aldrin were limited in how far they could go due to uncertainties about how long the water-cooling system on their spacesuits would last and because they wererequired to perform experiments in front of a fixed camera.
Apollo 11 astronaut Neil Armstrong may be notoriously private, but the first man on the moon recently reached out to a reporter to share some new details about his famous moonwalk with fellow astronaut Buzz Aldrin in 1969.
