The Da Vinci Code author has revealed that he beats writer"s block by lying in an upside-down position.Speaking in an interview ahead of the release of his latest book, "Inferno", Brown described how he finds inspiration to write by strapping himself in to a special table in his home gymnasium and rotating in to a position that lets the blood flow to his head. There has even been speculation that he uses "gravity boots" to hang upside-down at his holiday home. "It does help," he said. "You"vejust got to relax and let go."Well known for his books which delve in to historical mysteries and conspiracy theories, Brown can spend up to two years writing one story due to the large amount of research he has to do for each one.

It was recently revealed that in order to convert his yet-unreleased next installment in to different languages, translators had to work in utmost secrecy within a hidden bunker in which they were disallowed from revealing even the slightest details of the story. "The Da Vinci Code author straps himself toa table in his home gym that rotates him into a position that lets blood - and, it seems, ideas - flow to his head."
