
A giant radio telescope has started listening for signs of ET on 86 earth-like extrasolar planets.The 86 planets were picked from a list of over 1,200 possibilities picked up by NASA"s Kepler telescope. "It"s not absolutely certain that all of these stars have habitable planetarysystems, but they"re very good places to look for ET," says Berkeley student Andrew Siemion.
