
Dan Aziere has a rare genetic disorder due to which he has an estimated 50 extra bones in his body.From an early age Dan has had multiple surgeries to remove some of the excess bones which develop just about everywhere in his body from his rib cage to his fingers and can grow up to four inches long.
By the time we reach middle school, one of the facts we learn in science class is that the average adult has 206 bones, give or take a few.
Yet Danbury resident Dan Aziere has more than that in his body. A lot more.
