Vampires

The forests of Puerto Rico are said to be home to the infamous and enigmatic goat-sucking Chupacabra.Is it an alien ? A top secret government experiment gone awry ? Whatever the true nature of the creature might be, one thing is certain: it"s by no means a recentphenomena as many believe.

Evidence and accounts of this blood-sucking monster date back to the 1960s when a guard at the Arecibo Radio Telescope reported seeing a black cloaked figure that he later identified as the creature after a cow was found nearby mysteriously drained of blood. For years, sensational and sinister stories have surfaced from the forests and lowlands of Puerto Rico that tell of a strange and lethal creature roaming thelandscape by night and day, while striking overwhelming terror into the hearts of the populace.

A private journal belonging to Dracula author Bram Stoker has been discovered after 100 years.The book was found on a shelf in his grandson"s home and contains sketches and notes pertaining to the author"s thoughts prior to writing the 1897 masterpiece. One passage reads "A man builds up his shadowon a wall bit by bit by adding to substance.

Suddenly the shadow becomes alive." The private journal of author Bram Stoker, in which he sketched his first thoughts about his legendary creation "Dracula", has been unearthed after more than 100 years.

Nicolas Cage has been likened to a man in an old civil war photograph taken in 1870.Antiques dealer Jack Mord hit headlines when he posted an old civil war era photograph of a man who looks extremely similar to actor Nicolas Cage. Mord claims that the old photograph is actually Cage himself and that he is in fact a vampire who is able to reinvent himself every few decades. The photograph was being offeredfor sale on eBay with a staggering price tag of $1 million before it was unsurprisingly removed.

Cage has starred in “Vampire’s Kiss” and played a demonic role in “Ghost Rider. ” For most, his connection to the bloodsucking species ends there. Not so for Jack Mord, an antiques dealer who got the rumor mill cooking when he posted a photograph for sale on eBay of a man he says is from Bristol, Tenn. , around 1870,and he says can be no one else but Cage.

A woman in Florida was arrested after biting a man in a wheelchair while claiming to be a vampire.The 22-year-old was said to have jumped on top of the man after he"d fallen asleep in his wheelchair, shouted "I"m a vampire. I am going to eat you" and then started to bite him on thearm and lips.

A Florida woman who allegedly claimed to be a vampire has been charged with battery after violently biting a man in a wheelchair on his face and arms, police said on Friday.
