Submarines : Mr. Krapiva attended lectures given by veteran officers of Soviet
nuclear-powered submarines. They had served in the Soviet North, in secret naval
installations and bases. The lectures sometimes veered off the planned
presentations, and many spellbinding tales were told. For instance, episodes
when Soviet sonar-operators (military hydroacoustics technicians) were "hearing"
(at great depths) strange "targets". Their submarines were actually being chased
by other "submarines". The pursuers changed their speed at will -- speeds that
were much faster than any other similar vessel in the world at that time
Lieutenant-Commander Oleg Sokolov confidentially informed the students that
while he was on duty during his submarine's navigation, he had observed through
a periscope an ascent of some strange object through the water. He was not able
to identify it, because he viewed it through the optical system of the
periscope. This underwater "take off" took place in the early 1960's.
A few years ago V.V. Krapiva met with Professor Korsakov of the Odessa
University. Professor Korsakov told him of a conversation he had with a friend
of his, a Soviet Navy officer who had served at the Sevastopol Naval base. Back
in the 1950's this officer personally sighted a UFO. The object moved upward
from behind a battle cruiser...
Many reports of UFO encounters made by single individuals are
often given little weight by most investigators. However, when that one person
is of high esteem and credibility, the case is given much weight. Such is the
case with an Alien encounter that occurred in 1950 in South America. The lone
witness was Dr. Enrique Caretenuto Botta, who passed his incredible story on to
Horacio Gonzales G. in Caracas at a UFO conference in 1955.Dr. Botta would soon give permission to Horacio G. to relate
the story to famed UFO researcher Leon Stringfield. The researcher would release
the details of the Botta encounter in his book, "Situation Red." At the time of the encounter, Dr. Botta was a man of 40 years
old. He was well educated and respected by all who knew him. He was an ex-war
pilot and aeronautical engineer. He was employed as an architectural engineer
working with a well known company in Caracas in 1950. His job had placed him in
Argentina working on a large construction project when he would be involved in
the most bizarre event of his life.
Botta was driving down the highway about seventy-five miles
from his hotel in an isolated area known as Bahia Blanca when he saw a metallic,
disc-shaped object sitting on the grass just off the road way. He stopped his
car to watch the object for a few minutes to see what would happen. After seeing
no sign of movement, he decided to get even closer to the unknown object. This
vantage point allowed him to see an opening or doorway in the object's side. He
decided to go inside. At first the craft's inside seemed empty, except for a
blinking red light in a domed top. As he ventured farther inside, he saw a
curved divan with four seats; three of these seats were occupied with small
beings about four feet tall with gray, tight-fitting overalls. The three small
creatures were facing a control panel. It consisted of lights, gauges, and
meters of different types. Standing quietly behind them, Botta could not resist the urge
to touch one of the small beings. As he did, he felt a rigid, charred texture.
The three strange creatures were dead! All within a moment, he rushed from the
saucer, got into his car, and was speeding down the highway.

An amazing alien encounter 7
years before either Roswell or Kenneth Arnold's sighting may offer our best
chance yet to understand where some UFO's come from and why they are visiting
our planet.
For more than two decades, Udo Wartena, a Dutch immigrant living in the Western
U.S., kept what had happened to him one spring morning in May 1940 a secret, not
even telling his wife. Before dying in 1989 he finally confided in two friends
and then wrote the details of his experience down so it would not be lost.
Udo's incredible story remained completely unknown in UFO circles however until
the details were finally released by Australian researcher Warren Aston at the
Prestigious M.U.F.O.N. (MUTIAL UFO NETWORK) annual symposium in Michigan in July
1997.
Warren takes up the story.
The detailed and straightforward report of Udo Wartena is the most revealing,
informative and totally credible of any claimed alien encounter that I have
studied in some twenty years of research.
There is not the slightest hint of any deception, evasion or fraud in his story
and the witness enjoyed the highest imaginable endorsement for his integrity and
honesty - often given unsolicited - by those who knew him best over his
lifetime.
If, as the evidence overwhelmingly suggests, this experience actually occurred,
then at least part of the question about UFO origins is decisively answered.
I am not claiming that this case reveals the full picture of alien activity on
Earth; the spectrum of alien contact is much broader and more complex than any
single case can reveal. I also do not claim that all genuine extraterrestrials
have the same appearance that the aliens did in this case; however such aliens
are more frequently reported than even many researchers are aware of, but seem
to lack the news or book-selling value of the omnipresent 'greys'. My own
research suggests that perhaps twenty or more different alien groups may be
involved in visiting our planet and operating here at the present time, so
obviously a number of motives and agendas are probable...
Introduction: The "Silent Invasion" Scenario in a Nutshell
: The 1980s and 1990s spawned once of the most satisfying mythologies of the
21st century. In essence, it goes like this: The U.S. government has known that UFOs are alien craft since the late 1940s
[actually, not totally impossible]. Formal contact with the aliens was
established in the 1950s. Shortly thereafter a deal was struck between the
government and the extraterrestrials: the aliens would be allowed to abduct
citizens for research and experiments in exchange for technological information. [Here the line of reasoning suffers a critical fracture: why would a
starfaring (or dimension-hopping, depending on who you ask...) alien species
need our government's permission to do anything? One would think it could do as
it wished with impunity, much how we tag and research ants without bothering to
"negotiate" with their representatives. While I don't necessarily preclude the
idea of some form of official human-alien contact, the human-alien "deal"
recounted in the Silent Invasion Myth strikes me as very questionable -- unless,
of course, the ETs were simply staging the whole thing...
It was supposed to work like this: the aliens would furnish the government
with a list of their human abductees, never going over "quota." But soon the
horrible truth became apparent: the aliens were abducting more than their legal
share of unwitting humans! And to top it off, they were performing grotesque
biological experiments with cattle and leaving their handiwork in plain view!
How insolent! Moreover, some of the abductees weren't coming back. One naturally
wonders if the government knew exactly what kind of "research" the aliens were
up to when it signed its Faustian pact. Apparently the aliens duped the humans
into thinking they were nothing more than benign interstellar anthropologists,
free of ulterior motives. The brass panic. Although armed with some ET-derived technology (possibly
including crashed alien vehicles such as the one allegedly discovered at
Roswell, New Mexico), they realize they're no match for the aliens (or, as they
are now known, the "Grays"). Pandora's Box has been unleashed...
A former employee of

Donna Tietze
has spent most of her professional life involved in the Space Program as a
technical illustrator. She drew lunar maps, landing slides, she worked in the
photo lab, Precision Slide Lab, reducing art work to one inch by one inch
drawings. She drew launch sites, landing sites and was employed as a
sub-contractor to NASA for over 15 years. She worked on flight manuals for
astronauts & has the wonderful ability to put words into images but uniquely,
learn to do everything backwards, including mathematical computations, the
writing of words, to put it simply, this woman has seen just about all the
different kinds of images one could see that are used in Space Programs.

Anthony North: I research most mysteries but none involve such emotion as the UFO. In no other area are views so entrenched. We talk about fundamental politics, fundamental religion, but they are insignificant compared to a fundamental stance in Ufology. Why is this? I think the answer lies in the contemporary nature of the phenomenon. A UFO can be seen in the sky now, and it will appear so real, so immediate, that it is impossible to consider it as anything other than existent.A broad church: Th... Read More
Around 1930, the parents of a young American girl of Mexican heritage took her to visit relatives in a small rural village in the mountains southwest of Chihuahua, Mexico. While there, the girl disobeyed a local taboo and went exploring in caves and mineshafts dotting the area. In a mineshaft she made a startling discovery: lying on the ground at the rear of the tunnel was a complete human skeleton. Coming up out of the dirt beside it was a misshapen hand, entwined in one of the human skeleton... Read More
Sometime close to 5 on the evening of Dec. 9, 1965, a bluish object was spotted over several American states and parts of Canada. The unidentified flying object was reported to seemingly change course until it finally plummeted to Earth, resting in a densely wooded area in Kecksburg, Mt. Pleasant Township. What was the object and why was the military called out? Was there a government cover up? What was the acorn-shaped object that was reported to have been removed from the area, under a... Read More
According to a once secret report released by the British Ministry of Defense in April of 2007, UFOs are not anything to get excited about. The MoD report claims that all the incidents they have investigated show the objects in question to be without mass, no danger to air traffic and not under intelligent control. Despite the four hundred pages of nay saying, not everyone agrees. For almost two decades, a number of British Intelligence Analysts and former UK Military consultants working... Read More
